Questions you might have
Do you change what they said?
No. We transcribe it and tidy the sentences. Nothing is added, cut or rewritten, and you can always compare with the original recording.
What if they are not comfortable with phones?
They only need to tap the link in a WhatsApp message and press record, voice or video. No app, no account, no password.
Who can hear the recordings?
Only your family: in your private account, and through the QR codes in your book. Nobody else.
What happens to the voices and photos?
They stay yours, stored online for good. You can download or delete everything at any time, and we never use them for anything else.
How long does it take?
About a month with a question a day, about seven months with one a week. The book is printed and sent in 5 to 7 days after you approve it.
Is shipping included in the price?
The price covers the year of questions, the printing of the book and keeping the recordings. Shipping is not included: it is calculated from the delivery address when you make the book, and you pay it then. We send books to Spain and the United States.
Which languages?
The questions and the book can be in English, Spanish or Catalan. You choose when you buy.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, a full refund until they record their first story.
What if they stop answering?
We send a few gentle reminders, and they can skip any question by replying “skip”. Silence never cancels the book.
Can several of us follow the book?
One account follows the stories as they arrive. Extra copies give everyone their own book, and the QR on every story plays their voice.
